The three gorgeous bedrooms guarantee a wonderful nights sleep. The two suites feature balconies with sea views and 25 m² large master suite has a dressing area and a great bathroom. All areas are well above average and equipped with beautiful cabinets in a modern design. At your disposal two double (147 x 219 cm) and two single beds are available here (97 x 200 cm). The 45 m² large living and dining room also offers guests a high comfort. Located in the elegant dining table with modern rocking chairs found eight people. The sofa bed in the living area, two people can sleep comfortably. The modern kitchen is large and spacious and equipped with the latest appliances. Moreover, it has a large glass door, through which the sun brings in the room all day plenty of natural light and brightness.

The climate is the whole year very warm and sunny. Outside the house, there is a beautiful garden with lawn and tropical plants and a delightful swimming pool with built-in wooden terrace. To the side of the house partly covered, partly shaded by the pergola surrounding the grill and a comfortable seating area. Beach chairs in front of the glass facade of the living room invite you to sunbathe. Parking for several cars are available.

Area activities

The shopping center with numerous shopping is not far away. With many shops, restaurants, cafes and snack bars, cinemas and a large supermarket, the “Forum Madeira” everything that makes shopping an experience. The beach Praia Formosa is the largest public beach of Madeira and is also nearby.

The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy and supplements apply should additional people join you.
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% is required, or the full amount if within 8 weeks of arrival, and the balance is due 1 week prior to arrival or on arrival. Should you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to arrival only the deposit is non-refundable, and within this period the full amount.
