Yes, a deposit of 25% of the rental price will be due. If you are booking less than 14 days before your holiday, full payment will be required at the time of making your reservation.

Our Terms and Conditions can be found on our website. A copy will also be sent to you when you make your reservation.

The prices quoted are for the entire property and not per person. No extras to pay. The price includes linen, towels, water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, weekly maid service, all local taxes, etc.

We accept all cards except American Express, Diners and Laser. All transactions will be charged in GBP and converted to the local currency by the card issuer at the applicable rate.

We provide linen and bath towels in all our properties for rent. However, we do not provide linens for the cots and we ask you to bring your own towels.

All the houses have hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, have washing machines, dishwasher and some, tumble dryer.

For stays of 4 weeks or more, in winter, you can always ask!

As specified in our agreement, you will get in touch with the numbers listed after your arrival in Madeira. That being the case, we meet in person in the apartment, so we can show you the same, collect the final payment and give you the keys.

Our rates are included in all taxes, charges and cleaning fees. There will be an extra charge in case you opt for a service such as an airport transfer, mobile phone rental, etc.

• Renting a private villa or apartment through Holidayrentalmadeira.com is very good. When calculated on a per-room basis or per person, and considering all the “extras” you would have to pay at a hotel, the rental of a private property is significantly less expensive than staying at luxury hotels or resorts in Madeira.

• Food and drink expenses, snacks, laundry, printing and fax, etc. Are charged at the cost of the same, which is much lower compared to a hotel where they can easily double or triple your account. When renting a private villa, you can save around € 40 to € 80 or more per person per day on food, drinks and “extras” compared to a good hotel.
