Funchal’s Old Town is known for its historical beauty, where architecture and streets mix themselves with the city’s cultural and cosmopolitan movement. This part of the city has been renovated in recent years, keeping its original features, and making it one of the noblest areas of Funchal.
Guests have easy access to several restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, including a small beach next to the villa and a bathing complex only 2 minutes away. Nearby there is a fantastic promenade that takes you to the Marina of Funchal and the CR7 Museum.

Its location is perfect for exploring the city by foot!

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners.
As in most villas in Madeira, a car hire is recommended.

A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request, depending on availability, without any additional cost.
The apartment is provided with washing machine and drying facilities.

Cleaning:
Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra charge.

Booking process:
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% is required, or the full amount if within 8 weeks of arrival, and the balance is due 1 week prior to arrival or on arrival. Should you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to arrival only the deposit is non-refundable, and within this period the full amount.
