Including checking and preparing the property ready for the next visitors.  Garden furniture will be stored, covers put over the furniture, sheets washed and ironed and the property will be secured.

We can carry out random weekly checks to both the inside and outside of your property when it is empty.

We provide a maintenance plan to ensure a safe and friendly service to your guests. This plan will focus on work required to ensure the high standards that your guests expect.  This could range from construction work through to minor maintenance work and repairs.

We will ensure that, whatever the problem, it is sorted as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Ensuring you get the best from your swimming pool, our monthly service will include that our staff visit your property, confirm the chemical balances are achieved, the pool is cleaned and water levels checked.
