This amazing Villa is distributed by 3 floors, in which there are 3 bedrooms in total, one master Bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom.The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, fireplace and dining area. The kitchen is big and well equipped with brand new household appliances, ideal for cooking and dining comfortably, inside or in the outside area of the house.
The décor is modern and cozy in all areas, The villa has a beautiful garden with barbeque, and in the ground floor there is a private garage area.
There is free Wi-fi in all areas of the property.
In the local area you are able to find a variety of shops and traditional restaurantes full of variety of meals, both fish and meat.
The highway can also be easily reachable, both to and from the airport area or to and from the northern part of the Island.

Surrounding area:
The name of this town comes from the fact that, at the time of the discovery of Madeira island, a large number of sea lions were sighted in this location. Currently, these animals occasionally appear only on the south coast of the island, with a preserved colony on the Desertas Islands.

The town’s main economic activities are fishing, agriculture – with emphasis on wine growing -, commerce, services and industry.
Câmara de Lobos was the first place where João Gonçalves Zarco, the navigator who discovered Madeira island, lived between 1420 and 1424.
Only 10 minutes by car to and from Funchal and minutes away from the the emblematic harbour of Câmara de lobos. It is located right next to the supermarket, restaurants, bakeries and other services.

The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy and supplements apply should additional people join you.
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% is required, or the full amount if within 8 weeks of arrival, and the balance is due 1 week prior to arrival or on arrival. Should you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to arrival only the deposit is non-refundable, and within this period the full amount.
