Set over two floors, this premium modern and contemporary villa is beautifully furnished. With open sea-views and surrounded by a large lawn and garden, the swimming pool features a large shallow area, making it a great villa to simply relax and enjoy a drink. The spacious open-plan lounge and dining leads to the front veranda (for alfresco dining) and is complemented by a high tech modern and fully equipped kitchen and side laundry room. The stairs will lead to the bedroom area and a small lounge area. Many further facilities are close by: The village of Caniço with a good selection of restaurants and a branded supermarket; the resort of Caniço de Baixo with its lovely sea promenade, and the lovely Portinho sea access; the capital, Funchal, which is only 20 minutes’ drive away.

Ground floor, open plan, with flat-screen TV, cable digital box, and seating for 6.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-ring electric induction cooker, dishwasher, built-in electric oven and microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster.

Swimming pool and pool deck with sunbeds, sun umbrella, shower.
Outdoor seating.
Ground floor covered front veranda.

Swimming pool heating:
Heating is optional and costs 50.00€ per day with minimum of use of 7 days for 25ºC, paid in cash on arrival.
Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

Other:
Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Secure parking facilities. Although not essential, as in most villas, a hire car is recommended.
There is free Wi-Fi connection throughout the villa.

Cleaning:
Cleaning and linen change is provided every 7 days.
All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool.

Booking Notes:
The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy and supplements apply should anyone join you for any length of time.
This Villa is for Adults Only (children from 2 to 12 years are not accepted) however we make an exception for infants from 0 to 2 years old for free.
