Villa Dinis

Villa Dinis is a lovely house located in a calm area of Estreito da Calheta that provides you beautiful mountain and sea views.

From the outdoor area there is a charming little garden with a dining table where meals can be taken or a drink whilst appreciating the view. Next to the garden there are sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy a little bit of sunshine.

On the ground floor there is an open plan living room with a flat screen TV and dining area. On the same level has one bathroom, one fully equipped and modern kitchen and one summer kitchen with a covered barbecue and big dining table.

On the first floor are the three bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have private balcony.

This house is a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday in the sunniest place on the island.

Transportation:
As in most villas in Madeira, a car hire is recommeded.

There is secure parking facilities for up to 3 cars
A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.

Cleaning:
Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra charge.

Booking process:
The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy and supplements apply should additional people join you.
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% is required, or the full amount if within 8 weeks of arrival, and the balance is due 1 week prior to arrival or on arrival. Should you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to arrival only the deposit is non-refundable, and within this period the full amount.
