Villa 34 is a cosy family home, in a quiet and private cul-de-sac, with definitive stunning panoramic ocean and Funchal harbour views.

This three bedroom villa was designed to take advantage of its hillside location. The access is made from behind at the upper floor, with the bedrooms distributed over a split level. The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are at the top level, off the entrance hall, and thus quite private. The other two bedrooms are just a few steps down on an intermediate level, a perfect location for the children. They share a shower bathroom. All bedrooms feature carpet in the floors, vaulted ceilings with coved uplighting, and fitted wooden wardrobes.
There is a spacious storage room on the lower floor with a generously sized fitted wardrobe and a third fully fitted shower-bathroom. The lounge at the lower level offers a fireplace, and unobstructed panoramic views to the ocean and Funchal. The extensive and bright open-plan family kitchen is paved with terracota tiles and is fully fitted with Bosch appliances. The external terrace, covered with a large pergola, is a privileged spot for summer breakfasts. The access to this pergoled terrace can be made directly from the kitchen or from the lounge area.
This family villa also features an extra terrace, adjacent to the pergoled one, and various storage rooms, which take advantage of the generously sized basement, at the garden level.
Villa 34 also benefits from privileged access to the facilities of the Palheiro Estate including the Village Forum heated outdoor pool; 18-hole Palheiro Golf course and Palheiro Spa.
Palheiro Village, a private condominium designed by Michael Brown Associates, is built in a traditional external style and lies 10 minutes from the centre of Funchal & 15 minutes from the international airport. Surrounding area:
Only 10 minutes by car to the hustle and bustle of Funchal and minutes away from the pebble beach of Garajau. Garajau is only 5 minutes by car and has a choice of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and a bank.
10 minutes by car is the village of Caniço which is larger than Garajau and also has a good choice of restaurants, shops and a shopping centre.
The capital Funchal is 10 minutes by car.
Just outside the entrance to Palheiro Village is a bus stop with regular services.

Cleaning:
Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra charge.

Booking process:
The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy and supplements apply should additional people join you.
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% is required, or the full amount if within 8 weeks of arrival, and the balance is due 1 week prior to arrival or on arrival. Should you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to arrival only the deposit is non-refundable, and within this period the full amount.
