The ground floor, which once housed the Quinta’s wine production, now includes a bedroom, two bathrooms, and a games area equipped with a 75″ Smart TV, PlayStation 5, and football table. Upstairs, the first floor welcomes you into a vast open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space that opens onto a veranda—an ideal spot for enjoying a sundowner while taking in the view. This level also features a dedicated office, a cozy TV room with an 86″ Smart TV, a utility room, and a guest WC

The second floor offers five bedrooms, two of which can be configured as twin rooms. Three bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms, and there’s also a spacious family bathroom. The entire third floor is dedicated to the master suite, complete with its own ensuite shower room, a private balcony, and stunning views over Funchal harbour and the Atlantic Ocean—an exceptional vantage point for watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, including the pool terrace.

Outside, the garden is filled with lush local flora such as jasmine, bougainvillea, and birds of paradise, creating a tranquil and tropical setting

Pool heating is available on request at an additional cost of €50 per day and should be arranged in advance. For families with young children, baby cots and high chairs are available upon request
